What does the $39 Weekend Special include? One 96-gallon cart, 3 heavy-duty bags, delivery, pickup, and haul-away service. Valid within 7-mile roundtrip.

What happens if I have more than 3 bags? Each cart rental includes haul-away for up to 3 full bags. Each additional full bag beyond the included 3 is $7 to remove.

How does pricing work based on distance? We use a simple, distance-based pricing model:

• 0–7 miles RT: $39

• 8–11 miles RT: $39 + $10 mileage fee = $49 total

• 12–15 miles RT: Flat $49 base rate (no extra fee)

Can I get more than one cart? Yes, extra 96-gallon carts: $30 each (includes 3 bags).

Can I purchase additional bags? Yes, our current special is 3 bags for $5.

Do I need to use a trash bag in the cart? Yes, the trash bags we provide must be used at all times. Throwing trash directly into the cart without a bag may result in a $25 cleaning fee to cover the cost of sanitation and prep for the next rental.

Do I need to tie the bags and have the cart(s) ready for pickup? Yes, all bags must be securely tied and placed inside or next to the cart before your scheduled pickup. Carts should be placed in a visible and accessible location. This helps us complete service quickly and avoid spills or delays.
