Subscriber Requirements:

• Home or property ownership is a requirement.

• You must be subscribed to our trash and/or recycling service to access all other supplementary services we offer.

NEW Subscriber Onboarding Process:

• Complete our Pre-Onboarding Questionnaire

• DUMPAROO will contact you to conduct or schedule a phone or in-person appointment to discuss your needs, service guidelines, and to setup subscription sign-up requirements.

• After you complete all sign-up requirements, DUMPAROO will initiate cart drop off and setup.

• A Welcome Communication is sent containing essential details about our services, along with login and navigation details.
